Terms of Service

Please read these Terms before using Agentcy websites, products, dashboards, browser extensions, audits, or related services.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

These Terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses Agentcy websites, products, browser extensions, dashboards, audits, or related services. They should be read together with any signed customer agreement, order form, invoice, or product-specific terms that apply to your account.

Overview

These Terms of Service apply to the websites, products, browser extensions, dashboards, audits, workspace features, and related services provided by Agentcy LLC ("Agentcy," "we," "our," or "us").

If you use Agentcy through a signed agreement, order form, pricing page, or other product-specific terms, those terms also apply and control if there is a conflict.

Using Agentcy services

Agentcy services are designed for lawful business use by authorized users. You may use the services only as permitted by these Terms, your applicable agreement with Agentcy, and the product access enabled for your account.

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or use Agentcy in a way that violates applicable law, someone else's rights, or your organization's internal policies.

Accounts and workspaces

Some Agentcy products use accounts, workspaces, roles, invitations, and product entitlements to control access. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning appropriate roles, removing access when needed, and making sure authorized workspace users follow these Terms.

Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure and for accessing only the workspaces, dashboards, data, and tools they are authorized to use.

SafeAI and Prompt Guard

SafeAI is designed to help organizations improve visibility and policy awareness around AI usage. Current SafeAI functionality may include workspace setup, team access, browser extension pairing, extension status, prompt testing, rules, presets, incident views, policy acknowledgements, alerts, redacted snippets, risk signals, and related dashboards, depending on what is enabled for your workspace.

The SafeAI Prompt Guard browser extension is intended to support detection, warnings, redaction, policy acknowledgements, and incident logging on supported AI surfaces when configured and available. Coverage depends on browser support, extension availability, user setup, product configuration, and the behavior of third-party AI tools and websites.

SafeAI is a practical safety layer, not a guarantee. It does not promise to prevent every data leak, policy violation, hallucination, unsafe AI output, security event, or misuse of an AI system.

Visibility services

Visibility by Agentcy helps businesses understand how AI systems may discover, understand, compare, and recommend them. Visibility services may include AI visibility audits, competitor comparisons, content and clarity reviews, reputation observations, reports, recommendations, and action plans.

Visibility findings are informational and strategic in nature. Agentcy does not guarantee AI visibility, search rankings, platform placement, lead generation, revenue, recommendations by AI systems, or any specific business result.

Customer responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for their own business information, prompts, files, rules, keywords, policy settings, workspace configuration, and decisions made from Agentcy outputs.

Organizations are responsible for configuring policies, reviewing alerts and incidents, training users, deciding how to respond to risk signals, and complying with applicable laws, industry obligations, employment rules, privacy duties, and internal policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use Agentcy to break the law, send spam, scrape or harvest data, compromise systems, upload malicious code, interfere with service performance, bypass security or access controls, or access data that does not belong to you.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or abuse Agentcy software, designs, dashboards, APIs, browser extension functionality, or related technology except where the law clearly permits it.

Subscriptions and payments

Some Agentcy services are free to review, some may include trials, and some are paid. Paid services may be governed by the pricing page, checkout terms, invoices, order forms, written agreements, or other terms presented when you buy or activate the service.

Where applicable, pricing, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, refund terms, usage limits, and product access are controlled by the specific commercial terms that apply to your purchase or account.

Intellectual property

Agentcy owns its name, branding, website content, product designs, software, dashboards, browser extension technology, reports, templates, recommendations, and related intellectual property.

Customers retain ownership of their own business information, prompts, files, rules, keywords, workspace data, and other content they submit to Agentcy. You give Agentcy permission to use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services you use.

Privacy

Agentcy's data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using Agentcy services, you acknowledge that we may process account information, workspace settings, product usage events, extension connection metadata, submitted form information, and related service data as described there.

Third-party services

Agentcy may rely on third-party services such as browsers, browser extension platforms, AI platforms, authentication providers, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, infrastructure providers, and other services that help us operate Agentcy.

Those third-party services are not controlled by Agentcy, and their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and product behavior may apply.

Disclaimers

Agentcy services are provided on an "as available" basis. We work to build reliable, useful products, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete risk detection, complete monitoring coverage, AI platform behavior, compliance outcomes, or specific business results.

Agentcy outputs, alerts, recommendations, scores, and reports are intended to support human review and decision-making. They are not legal, security, compliance, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agentcy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or similar losses arising from your use of the services.

To the extent permitted by law, Agentcy's total liability for claims related to the services will be limited to the amounts paid to Agentcy for the affected service during the period described in the applicable order form, invoice, or written agreement. If no paid agreement applies, liability will be limited to a reasonable amount permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using Agentcy services at any time, subject to any commercial terms that apply to your account. Agentcy may suspend or terminate access if we believe there has been misuse, nonpayment, a violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, a security concern, or a legal requirement to do so.

When access ends, some workspace data or product history may remain available or be retained as needed for legitimate business, security, legal, or operational purposes.

Changes to the Terms

Agentcy may update these Terms as the website, products, browser extension, dashboards, audits, and related services evolve. If we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to make the updated Terms available.

Continuing to use Agentcy after updated Terms are posted or otherwise provided means you accept the updated Terms.

Contact

For support, legal, billing, or contract questions, contact your Agentcy representative or use the contact and demo forms available on the Agentcy website.

These Terms are intended to work alongside the commercial and product-specific terms that apply to your account. Signed customer agreements, order forms, invoices, and written commitments control where they apply.
